A Question of Balance

Questions, questions, questions.
We question ourselves, we question others. We question what we do, what we think, what we know. We ask ourselves what tomorrow will bring and what did we left undone yesterday.
It can be so exhausting and limiting to have our minds flooded with questions that keep going around and around with no answers in sight. If only we could press a button to at least pause them for a while so we can do something else.
How about we begin by filtering out all the questions that have no answer and see what’s left. Then give the flick to any question that we’ve asked ourselves more than five times this week because if we didn’t have an answer for the first or second time we asked it, then chances are we won’t be able to answer it the third, fourth or fifth time.
Maybe after some reasonable editing and deleting, most of the questions will be gone for a while and maybe one question will be left, a question that is actually useful, a question that is the only question you ever need to be asking yourself:
“What am I doing now and what am I doing next?”
