Pushing it Uphill?

About this time last year, this website was ready to go and I was working my way through integrating it into Facebook and Instagram posting to get Heart Waves up and running.

Then life happened.

And early this year, the world happened.

This year has been such a difficult and challenging time for so many people, in lots of different ways.

With the help of the gifted and talented Anerley of Anerley May Designs, it’s time for me to get back to business.

Now, more than ever, we need to speak, to be heard, to be supported and understood as we journey through strange and uncertain times. Knowing that we are not alone is a first step in pushing through.
